Hmmm..again, TopStyle is telling me this URI is no good. I realize it
wasn't 60 character length, the error it gives me is:

"unescaped & or unknown entity &propertyId"

and references the URL to the W3C I provided. Is it the "&" that
throws it off? So you are saying this URI is okay...
