[thelist] Apache PHP CSV

Jay this doc is abour securing directories which does't tell me why I am not
getting a reponse from a page!

I have a localhost/index.html

from localhost/index.html I can go to

localhost/anotherdirectory/index.html
from localhost/anotherdirectory/index.html I can load another page which is
pulling data from a csv file likewise I cant get into

localhost/anotherdirectory/admin/index.html

any ideas?
