hey, don't take it so hard

i'm sorry if you thought i was flaming you

the guy is obviously new, and there are gentler ways of telling him to do
some basic research

if you were humbled by my reply, consider how he must have felt after your
RTFM

i just thought it was ironic that you said RTFM right after trying to
correct him on mysql syntax that was fine

hey rudy, no problem. I started off in a foul mood this AM and let it get
the best of me by taking it out on the wrong person. I tried to couch it in
a friendly manner (I thought), but after reading it, maybe it wasn't so
much. I should keep my fingers off of the keyboards and count to 10, and
re-read the problem before sending a reply that will be certainly less than
helpful. Andrew, apologies if I came across as an a$$, didn't mean
to...honest.

<tip type="documentation">
Keep all e-mails concerning a project, either in a backed-up network file
folder, or print them to include with the hard copies of the project
documents. Do this for incoming and outgoing e-mails as this creates an
undeniable paper trail when questions arise.
