I'd have to agree with everything that has been said before me, so I won't
repeat it. But I thought of some other things as I was looking at the site
again today.

If they ever want to add a new section or two it'll be really difficult to
fit it into the nav space.

If they ever want to change the text and add more than the 1 or 2 paragraphs
that are now on each main page, it'll totally screw up the design, unless of
course they add a little >> next page icon at the bottom, which is really
annoying for that little amount of text IMHO.

On the pop-up pages, there are little < > icons to go to the next page, but
on some pages when you're at the last page they disappear and there's no way
to go back to the first page. In some sections, the < > icons go to the
next page in that section (for instance all of the "The Facilities" pages)
but on others it doesn't ("The Directors" pages). It should at least be
consistent. Anyway, they seem to have used pop-ups just so that they
wouldn't have to wreck their design when more text was needed. Not a good
enough reason to use pop-ups in my opinion (and what happens if the user has
a pop-up killer?).

HTH,
Tara
