[thelist] label tag and selecting checkboxes

I'm using the label tag for all the reasons why you should. My client
made the comment that "(I) don't think that a click on the (label)
name should select him. I think this is not intuitive and could
easily lead to accidents."

Now, to me it IS intuitive to click the label and select the box, in
fact its easier. But thats just my opinion and he has his, which is
fine. Question is - isn't that part of the reason why the label tag
was created - and doesn't this have something to do with
accessiblity?

I'll have to ask him what he means by "could easily lead to
accidents" -- but I wish Yahoo! mail interface used this, its way
easier to click the name/title on a tag than to hit the check box.
