[thelist] How to interview techie programmers if you're a non-techie

Quite True as if they cannot explain in simpler terms they do not
really have a grasp of the subject.  You did not learn to do math by
starting with Algebra.  Neither did they learn with C++ or chip
design before they learned to turn on a computer.
