[thelist] Disabling & re-enabling options

Disabling option elements is implemented -- and working -- in IE5/Mac and
Mozilla. While "implemented" in IE6/Windows (not earlier), the disabled
attribute/property for the option element is non-functional there.

An odd way to boost one's claim of HTML/DOM compliance, IMHO, but c'est la
.Vie.
