Not even close to cheapest, AND they are part of the Verisign cartel,
which is a negative IMHO.

I bought my first cert from www.comodogroup.com in the UK yesterday for
$49US/year and got two-minute turnaround.  There is at least one other
outfit at that price, but their web page was broken, so they missed their
chance.

Rest of your outline is excellent -- especially the stuff that is
easily overlooked re: chargebacks and insurance.  Thanks.
