[thelist] Flash Button and Frames

Hello Experts,
A friend of mine is developing a site with some Flash buttons and frames. He
wants to load a window in bottom frame by clicking a Flash button in top frame.
He called me for help but unfortunately, I can only draw in Flash.
Any help/ActionScript code etc. will highly be appreciated.
My friend has some experience of Flash but he doesn't know ActionScript very
well.
