[thelist] [SPAM, The List] Did anybody else get it?

I'm surprised at this, actually.

37 Signals has always seemed to be an upstanding company, very
straightforward and direct, and it surprises me that they would SPAM any
list--I did not receive any such information to the account that I
subscribe to this list with.
