[thelist] Submit Form to Frame

Hi, another silly question:

I have a page with a form (no frameset).  When you submit the form, it goes
to another server (i can't touch that programming over there, it's
something like a paid service).


What i need is this:

1.  Submit the form
2.  Open the form submission or response on a bottom frame
3.  Open a top  frame as the header of the page.


Any ideas?
