JAWS is the main one, the other popular screen reader is called Window Eyes
(http://www.gwmicro.com/). I wouldn't waste too much time with Opera
plug-ins, in my experience visually impaired people usually use Internet
Explorer, although I did hear a query about a screen magnifier for Linux the
other day, so I could be wrong.
