[thelist] magnify software/sight impaired help

My Mother in law has macular degeneration and she cannot read the
computer screen (email in outlook express) even when the text is set
to largest. There is a tool in XP that zooms text but it is so
cumbersome to use to be virtually unuseable for her.

I'm sure there must be something out there she can use - can anyone
point me to some resources?
