[thelist] OSX, quicktime and progressive download prob

My client, a video producer is attempting to put a Quicktime clip to
download on his site. He says it begins playing immediately in OS9.2 but in
OSX it takes about 10 minutes. Apparently, progressive download is failing,
but that is just a guess. Anyone know of any issues with OSX and Quicktime?
