[thelist] MouseOver Image Map

Is it within the requirements to use Flash for this?  It might be made
quite a bit easier using that tool; you can either use rollover-ish
buttons or even invisible buttons to aid in this--and probably a little
easier than the Javascript if you've got a bit of experience in Flash.
