[thelist] flash swf uncompile

I have some swf's whose parent fla's have been lost.

What I need are images and text from these swf's, no action script. So I
don't really need a full "decompiler".

Is there a program out there that can strip data from swf? It doesn't have
to convert the swf back into a fla.

(Scraping around the SWF file format specification isn't getting me very
far....)
