According to my information, many programs get this information from Windows
registry.
Anyhow, your idea is right. I set Photoshop to create Contact Sheet and then Web
Image Gallery. These two commands tend Photoshop to open many files
automatically. After opening and saving about 25 files, the problem has solved.
Thank you, Roger, for the great solution.
Moral for all PS users: Never save your images directly to Drive A with
Photoshop.

I would like to thank all others also who have posted to help me. Your help is
highly appreciated.

Photoshop is not just for creating huge multi-MB PSD files but it can help you
to decide the size of your images for web according to their quality and image
details. Open an image which you want to use on some web site and click
File>Save for Web to decide.

Thanks again,
