I think it's quite clear on the CMS2002 Download page what is required. They
also have links to download all the other bits you need.

Operating System Requirements
Content Management Server 2002 requires Microsoft Windows® 2000 Server,
Windows 2000 Advanced Server with Service Pack 2 (SP2), or Windows XP
Professional Edition with Service Pack 1 (SP1) as a developer platform;
Microsoft SQL ServerT 2000; and Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.x, which is
required for Content Management Server Site Manager.

If you do not already have these products or service packs, visit the
following pages:

a.. Windows 2000 Advanced Server Trial Software
  b.. Windows 2000 Service Pack 2 (SP2)
c.. SQL Server 2000 Trial Software
d.. Commerce Server 2002 Trial Software
  e.. Internet Explorer 5.5 SP2
See the Content Management Server 2002 System Requirements page to learn
more about what you need to run Content Management Server.

Clicking the "System Requirements page" link, takes you to more detailed
information (including the need for IIS)

Well, if you'd read the trial software page, you'd know what you needed, and
you would have known where to get it. As for (b), I don't think it applies
in this case. We're talking about a fairly complex piece of server software
here. I'm a systems administrator from way back, and there's none of this
"download wizard" rubbish for me when it comes to installing or configuring
server software.
