[thelist] Form button not working

Can someone tell me why this button won't work?
If you type the address directly on the browser it works but clicking on
the button won't work.
I tried with and without the back slash and also tried adding the
index.htm at the end...nothing works....
The person wants the button as it is....no graphic will do.
Here's the code:

</form>

Should I use the method="get" instead?
That works but puts a ? right at the end of the address when the page is
loaded....
