[thelist] scrollbar activates accept button - need script

Hello,

My client would like to verify that new users to their site have read or, at the very least, scrolled through the user agreement before entering. I know that there is a javascript that will activate an accept button after the user has scrolled all the way down, but, I can't seem to find one on the net.  If you know of this script, or a site where I can take a look at one, I would appreciate it.  Thank you for any assistance...
