[thelist] include a php file via javascript

Have done this with .asp and have had no known issues.

The only thing that came up is that the resulting file MUST contain
something. If its completely blank, some Macs will choke on it.

Also, in ASP, and I assume PHP, you can specifically set the ContentType
returned (Response.ContentType = "text/javascript" or some such), but that
hasn't been necessary, I don't think.
