other than making sure php's error reporting is at it's highest level
with an .htaccess

php_value error_reporting 2047

kind of thing (more about that here:
http://www.php.net/manual/en/function.error-reporting.php), i can't
think of anything built in.  i'm sure people have written functions and
classes that get more complicated.

what did you want it to tell you about specifically?
