well, i do it from FreeHand... you can't do it from Photoshop... and
if it contains raster data, you really can't do it as a WMF... i
don't have Illustrator installed at home, so i can't see if there's
another way to get it out of there, but i don't recall seeing it
before...

but if you have Freehand, you're set... or CorelDraw...

if you don't, you'll have to ask for help... or see if there is a
converter out there somewhere...
