Hi evolters!

Code: Camel POOP: Object Oriented Programming in Perl (Author: khurtwilliams)
http://www.evolt.org/article/headline/17/50922/index.html

Most people are not aware of the fact that Perl has support for
object-oriented programming. If you've used another object-oriented
programming language such as Java or C++ or been exposed to
object-orientation then object oriented programming in Perl is
nothing like that. To do real useful object-oriented programming in
Perl you only need to use three simple rules as put forth by Larry
Wall in Object Oriented Perl.

Site Development: Developing WBT with the 'ADDIE-M' ISD Model (Author: hermithaag)
http://www.evolt.org/article/headline/20/50415/index.html

Today's demanding eLearning development enviornment has left many
development teams befuddled while trying to satisfy several
initiatives and standards to make government and industry eLearning
more efficient (508 Accessibility, SCORM). Not having a formal
planning process representative of these requirements can be the
means to end of any web-based training application. The process for
web application development is well suited for integration with the
Instructional Design ADDIE-M model.

IA/Usability: Gorilla Usability (Author: dkr)
http://www.evolt.org/article/headline/4090/51076/index.html

Not everyone has time to conduct a formal usability study, or the
money to invest in a full blown usability initiative, and frankly,
lots of times that might not be the best option anyway. Sometimes a
designer or developer needs that one-on-one, maker-to-user interface.
Gorilla Usability will show you some ways to get to know your users
in a real world, out-from-behind-the-glass kind of way.
