actually, that's up to somebody who specializes in localization to
address... ideally, your brand/design/marketing/copywriting people
should be aware of localization issues when pushing something to
another region/country/planet/subdimension...
but i agree, that shouldn't be part of a technical accessibility
discussion, as it isn't the best place to address it...
