i personally have chosen not to use it on a number of projects because it's
almost always been overkill for what i needed to accomplish.  for example,
why load up many, many kb of script just to do some non-cascading drop down
menus?  i'm sure if i specifically had to ensure the menu worked for nn4
users, i'd probably pick milonic's solution, but until then, i'm staying
away from it.
