If it has to do with PHP, I don't see how it's off-topic.
Many discussions have entailed on bloggers and CMS's and
this is just that.

If I can't find any open-source system that fits my needs,
I guess I will have to, but why re-invent the wheel if
I can find a good open-source, community driven solution?
Besides, I don't know if building one will be quick,
atleast not for me :p
