[thelist] Questionnaire/survey software

I am looking for a questionnaire/survey management solution.

I thought phpESP was going to do it, but it lacks a key feature: The
ability to partially complete a questionnaire, and then come back in a
different session to retrieve the partially completed questionnaire and
complete it.

Has anyone worked with such a package? The site is running on
Linux/Apache. I would prefer php or perl but am open to using anything I
can make work.
