If  I may add some things, concerning that flash movie & etc
* Put the text antialiased, it's edgy now, and doesn't has a flash feel to
it.

* In your html structure where are your metatags, still important for some
searchengines and for validation (since you're using xhtml 1.0 trans as a
doctype)

* <whining subject="css">
this code doesn't belong in a html page.

<img src="img/1px.gif" height="1" width="1" alt="" />

Just give the td an id, and add some padding in css

* Personal thing: the text only link should belong somewhere less visible.
It's really 'weird' positioned. If you're worrying about netscape 4x, don't
be, it displays fine. You even got a replacement for the flash thingie. Now
that's a thing i don't see as often as i'd like to. Props for that.
