I'm getting a little tired of some of HS quirks myself, so I
downloaded HTMLKit, and it looks pretty cool.

TopStyle is indeed a full featured HTML/etc editor now. I tried it
out, and to me it felt really quirky. Apprarently it has great XHTML
CSS validation, checking capabilities but thats not high on my
priority list. I know Tony C. loves it, and it does have some nice
features, so you might want to at least look at it. I think its only
$79.

I'm going to check out HTMLKit seriously myself
