[thelist] image and text -> padding-right does not work

Peter:

Try "margin-right:5px" instead.  Technically, padding is the space between
a box's content and its border.  Your Mac browsers are probably rendering
your code correctly.  Unfortunately, IE/Win has a problem rendering this
box model correctly.  I've found it will more consistently render margins
correctly.  Hope this helps.
