[thelist] Job Hunt Advice

I graduate college in just over 3 months (May 3rd! Yay!). The Career
Services department here is horrible at finding people jobs. This leaves
me to do it all on my own, which naturally leads to a lot of questions.

I'd love to work for a small company as the typical coporate enviroment
and I don't get along so well...

So how do I find a job? Do sites like monster.com and dice.com actually
work? They seem so saturated... Do employers actually use those?

Should I just start sending my resume to places?

How did you guys find your jobs?
