[thelist] Novice Advice on a Multiple-step Form

I am creating a complex form using PHP and MySQL. The form will have 4
parts: design, price calculation based on the design, personal
information, and final review of order. I have considered using
switch/case statements on a variable that represents the step. Perhaps
you could point me in the right direction.
