[thelist] IE 6 Anomaly

Thanks for the suggestion, but it did not have any effect on the problem.
What's unique is that the gap is between the webpage and browser chrome is
picking up the image of what's behind the window.  What I mean is that I
can see my desktop through the gap between the webpage and the browser
chrome.
