The ARP Table in 18th router (207.218.245.37) has probably become
corrupt, or the router hardware is failing (the physical NICs on #18).

The SysAdmin for that machine should flush the ARP cache, reboot and
perhaps replace a failing NIC.

Call Everyone's Internet. Tell them a router is dropping packets and
that you need to speak with someone in their routing group or network
operations center. It's their problem!
