My sincerest apologies.  There is a known bug that we've been working on to
correct.  When someone enters a password protected url, the browser does not
quit after the screen capture.  When the next request comes in,
unfortunately the screen capture includes the unclosed browser and/or alert
windows.  Inside the AOL environment the situation is worse (no surprise).
