We need more info from you .. what database .. and language to start with?

What does your database schema look like?  What's your output ?

e.g.

Toronto
    Builders
            Company1
            Company2
            Company3
    GlassBlowers
            Company1
            etc.

Ottawa
    etc.

??  Just a guess.
