After all the talk of macromedia.com yesterday, I though the list would
get a kick out of the most beautiful, pretensious, elegant, and confusing
flash site... http://eccentris.com

It appears to be a portfolio site for a photograher named Sacha Biyan
("photography was an unconscious revelation for Sacha Biyan"), but it took
me a few minutes of clicking about, watching the navigation move around
out from under my cursor, to figure this out. It's like an intentional
case study of ways to confuse or deceive your visitors, but ironically, it
was also clearly produced by very competent developers. I never got to see
Boo.com when it was in its heyday, but I imagined it to be something like
eccentris.
