Not sure if this would work for your needs...  B U T

You can open a URL inside Acrobat, and indicate it to follow all the links.

The result is a map on the left side of Acrobat.  The bonus is -- it will
create a local copy of the site (in PDF format) complete with working
hyperlinks that will jump page to page (inside the PDF).

This is great if you need to eventually send the PDF version of the site to
a client.
