Hey everyone,

I'm currently working on a chapter of a book that is going to be
published that will help people become successful freelance web
developer/designers.

My subject is getting/selling your work. While I have a good amount
of information, I'd really like to get some other perspectives and
techniques other than my own on how to get freelance work. 

Also, some specific stories about things you did that led to you
getting jobs would be helpful - success stories as it were. And,
things that have not worked would also be helpful.

I don't plan on using anyone's name or the names of anyones clients,
and you don't have to give me any personal or proprietary info. The
whole idea is to give budding freelancers the techniques and methods
to sell their work successfully.

Always remember that JavaScript arrays start with *0* not 1. So, if I
wanted to assign something to the first item in my foo[] array:

foo[0] = "goo"; <-- the FIRST item in the array

NOT

foo[1] = "goo"; <-- the SECOND item in the array
