ouch! this is a TRUE copycat. Send an email to Pirated-Sites to report it.
as someone who has had such copycats and there are still some *running* you
need to run first a *whois* query if the domain is .com, .net, .org then
send the *contact* a friendly email mentioning that they are validating your
copyright and that you ask that they remove the website immediately.
Usually - they *client* wasn't aware of the copycat and they will comply.
Make sure to post both url and explain what the *design* copyright is about.

If not, then you can attempt contacting their ISP. You can get a lawyer to
draft a *cease and desist* letter as well.

Not long ago someone sent me a list of *copyright* signees of which were
missing China amongst others. Can't vouch if India has signed this.
