Tom, a troll is someone who posts solely to start an argument, create
division, and otherwise disrupt the normal function of a mailing list, web
forum, chat room, or newsgroup. Some post and run, never to be heard from
again. Others hang around to keep things stirred up as long as they can. The
love it when we give them attention by relying to their posts in anger. So
of course, the best response is no response at all.
