[thelist] foreign key config in phpmyadmin

[W. Adamsen]

phpMyAdmin returns the error "The additional Features
for working with linked Tables have been deactivated."
and then indicates $cfg['Servers'][$i]['relation'] ...
(also 'table_info' and ''table_coords') are "NOT OK"
though 'pmadb' is ok. Also, 'General relation
features: Disabled' as well as 'Display Features:
Disabled'.

Ideas?
