[thelist] cfcontent tag and "&"

Hi,
When using cfcontent to do a file download,
and the file name has an "&", i.e. "d&c.doc",
the file download fails, if the name is passed through
the URL as it assumes string concantination.

How can i avoid this as i have no control on how users 
name there documents.

Please assist!
