Think of the big companies whose brand identities have really stuck in 
your head over the years -- it's really pretty easy. Then go to their 
Web sites and you'll notice how the brand, the look, the colors, the 
type and the attitude is consistent with everything else they do from 
print to television to collateral material -- it's very deliberate and 
very planned. Their Web sites will be no different -- it all has to 
match and all has to be consistent with their brand and the image 
they're trying to project.
