Thanks for the critique. I was hoping no one would look at the rest of the site at the time I sent my request. I had only altered the Home page (and CSS) to see if it was fixed first before changing the other pages. The bottom navigation should be identical on each inner page.

If you wouldn't mind checking that out now in IE6, that would be great as the other pages are now fixed.
