[thelist] images used as bullets in a list not completely showing

Okay, not precisely sure what all is going on here. Test page at this

The first time I load it, the images being used as the bullets in the lists 
are only half appearing, in Mozilla and NN. This is happening both on 
win2000, and winXP. The images should be square, not rectangular, as they 
are first appearing.  They appear fine in IE, and after one refresh, they 
also appear fine in Moz and NN. None of the other images used in the site 
appear to be having this trouble...just these bullet images. Here's the
