Hi Walter, I have apache and php installed on my win2k box, and the php.ini is located in program files\apache\php\. Try reinstalling apache and php using the nusphere kit http://www.nusphere.com/cgi-bin/nsp.cgi/custsrvc/utils/free_download.htm and you will be able to select the path on setup cheers, Dan Craciun
