[thelist] [CSS] Right-nav looks wrong in IE6

Hi gang,

I'm working on mocking up a right-hand nav and I got it the way I want it to
layout in Moz 1.0.2, but it won't layout right in IE6.  I think it's because
of IE's messed up Box-model.  I've tried a number of different combinations
and can't seem to get it to look like Moz.  Also, the "selected item" works
the way I want it to in IE6, but in Moz it won't stay highlighted.  Any
ideas?
