[thelist] Web based HTML editor

I'm looking for a web based HTML editor that I can incorporate into our 
CMS.  It needs to be customizable, use our stylesheets, and allow input 
of special characters.  I'd prefer something small - our end users are 
doing nothign more than changing text to red, or inserting a copyright 
symbol.  It needs to work in IE or Moz.

Suggestions?
